The Moto G200 5G has a global score of 86.2, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M40's 85 global score. These devices include Android operating system, but the Moto G200 5G has 11 version while Samsung Galaxy M40 has Android 10, so it gives a couple nice extra features. Moto G200 5G is a a lot newer device than Samsung Galaxy M40, although it is thicker and heavier.

The Motorola Moto G200 5G features a little better processing power than Galaxy M40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Motorola Moto G200 5G also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy M40 and the Moto G200 5G feature incredibly similar displays, because although the Moto G200 5G has a little less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2460.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 has a lot bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G200 5G, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has an external SD slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Moto G200 5G has a superior camera than Galaxy M40, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Moto G200 5G also counts with a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.

Moto G200 5G features a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a 43 percent bigger battery size.
