Comparison review
Galaxy A51 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy M40, getting a score of 85.5 against 85. Both phones we are comparing use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A51 has a more recent 11 version and Samsung Galaxy M40 has Android 10 version, offering a couple nice extra features. Galaxy A51 is a a bit heavier cellphone than the Samsung Galaxy M40, but both of them have the same thickness.
Galaxy A51 features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M40, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy M40 and the Galaxy A51 both feature really similar screens, because although the Galaxy A51 has a bit inferior pixels count in each display inch, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a bit larger screen.
The Galaxy A51 has as much memory for applications and games as the Samsung Galaxy M40 one, both of them have a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB and exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Galaxy A51 features just a bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a 14% larger battery size.
The Samsung Galaxy A51 features a bit better camera than Galaxy M40, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a back facing camera with a much higher resolution and a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
