The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than Samsung Galaxy M40, having a global score of 98.9 against 85. These phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version and Samsung Galaxy M40 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and a performance increase. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body is newer, but a little thicker and heavier than Samsung Galaxy M40.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has 6 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit sharper display than Galaxy M40, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088, a little better display pixel density and a little bit larger screen.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light images, it also counts with a much higher resolution back camera, a much higher video resolution and a way bigger sensor shooting way better quality videos and photographs.
The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features just a bit more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M40, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has an external SD slot that holds up to 1000 GB. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
