Comparison review

The Galaxy M40 is a little bit better than Galaxy Note5, with a score of 85 against 80.2. The Galaxy M40 body is newer and just a little lighter than the Galaxy Note5's, but it is also just a bit thicker. Galaxy Note5 has just a bit better looking display than Galaxy M40, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 counts with a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy Note5 features a processing unit that is just as good as Galaxy M40's processing unit, and although the Galaxy Note5 has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.

Galaxy M40 features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor giving a lower image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy M40 also counts with a larger diafragm aperture for better photos and videos in low light situations and a back facing camera with way more megapixels.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Note5, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity.
