Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is much better than the Samsung Galaxy M40, having a 98.1 score against 85. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's design is newer than the Samsung Galaxy M40's, but it's incredibly heavier and thicker. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a more recent 11 version and Samsung Galaxy M40 has Android 10.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M40, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM. The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a much better display than Galaxy M40, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200, a little bit bigger screen and a greater pixel count per inch in the display.
