Galaxy M40 is slightly better than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, with an 85 score against 77.6. Although the Galaxy M40 is noticeably older than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, it's body is notably thinner and extremely lighter. Both phones we are comparing here use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M40 has the previous 10 version and Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has Android 12 version.
The Galaxy M40 features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a bit greater quantity of pixels per display inch. Galaxy M40 features a very superior CPU than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro. Both have 8 cores and a 6 GB RAM.
The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro features just a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy M40, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro also has an external SD slot that holds up to 1 TB. Samsung Galaxy M40 takes much better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because although it has a back camera with way less MP, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and a lot bigger camera sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro features superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy M40, because it has a 4050mAh battery size.
