Comparison review
Galaxy M40 has a score of 85, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Poco X2's 79.3 general score. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M40 has 10 version while Xiaomi Poco X2 has Android 11. Even though Galaxy M40 and the Xiaomi Poco X2 were only released with a few months difference, Galaxy M40 is thinner and lighter.
Samsung Galaxy M40 features a bit better screen than Xiaomi Poco X2, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater number of pixels in each inch in the display. Galaxy M40 features a way bigger memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Poco X2, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 512 GB and more internal memory.
The Xiaomi Poco X2 counts with just a little better performance than Galaxy M40. Both have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Poco X2 has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing images or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also counts with a way more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a way larger sensor taking much better quality pictures and videos.
The Xiaomi Poco X2 features better battery lifetime than Galaxy M40, because it has a 29 percent bigger battery size.
