Comparison review
Galaxy M40 has a global score of 85, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's global score of 76.6. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding OS features. The Galaxy M40 construction is thinner and somewhat lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, although it was released about 11 months before.
Galaxy M40 counts with a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy M40 also has 3 GB more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy M40 features just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also counts with a quite better quantity of pixels in each screen inch.
