Galaxy Note 20 is just a bit better than Galaxy S25 Ultra, getting a overall score of 90.8 against 90.7. The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a lot better looking screen than Galaxy Note 20, because it has a little bit larger screen, more pixels per inch of display and a better 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 features a much greater hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note 20, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, and although they both have the same video definition, the Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a back camera with lot more mega-pixels, a larger aperture for better low light images and video, faster 30 frames per second video frame rates and a way larger back-facing camera sensor.
