Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is better than the Xperia XZ Premium, with a overall score of 90.8 against 79.8. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 body is newer, but just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker than Xperia XZ Premium. The Galaxy Note 20 features a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note 20 also has more RAM memory.
