Galaxy Note 3 is a little bit better than HTC U23 Pro, with a general score of 81.2 against 77.8. Galaxy Note 3's construction is somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner than the HTC U23 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 3 has older 5.0 version and HTC U23 Pro has Android 13 version.
