Huawei P20 Pro has an overall score of 81.4, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's general score of 81.2. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P20 Pro has 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0. Huawei P20 Pro's design is noticeably newer and just a bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3's, but it's also a little heavier.

Galaxy Note 3 has a little more vivid display than Huawei P20 Pro, although it has a little smaller screen, a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a bit worse display pixels density. Huawei P20 Pro features a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores.

The Huawei P20 Pro takes much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a larger aperture, a camera with a way better resolution and a way larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The Huawei P20 Pro counts with a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity. Huawei P20 Pro counts with better battery performance than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it costs more than Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note 3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Galaxy Note 3, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your money.
