The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has an overall score of 81.2, which is better than the Galaxy S III's overall score of 71.3. Samsung Galaxy Note 3's body is newer and a little bit thinner than the Galaxy S III's, although it is heavier. These phones come with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it gives a lot of extra features.
