Both phones we are comparing here have the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a bit higher screen pixels density. Galaxy S6 counts with a better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same number of cores and 3 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy S6 also has a graphics processor and a 64 bits processor.

Galaxy Note 4 has a slightly bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports up to 128 GB. Galaxy S6 features a camera that is just as good as the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 one, and although the Galaxy S6 has a bigger aperture, they both have a 0.38 inches sensor, the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same (4K) video resolution and a same resolution back-facing camera.
