IPhone 12 has iOS 15.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with Android 5.0 operating system. IPhone 12 is a way newer phone, and it is also a little bit lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
IPhone 12 has a better performing processing unit than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 2 more processing cores, more RAM memory and a 64-bit CPU.
