The Galaxy M21 has a general score of 84.1, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4's general score of 81.6. Galaxy M21's construction is noticeably newer, but a little heavier and just a little thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M21 has newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version.
