Galaxy M40 has a global score of 85, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 4's overall score of 81.6. These phones have Android operating system, but the Galaxy M40 has a more recent 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Android 5.0 version. The Galaxy M40 construction is extremely newer, a little bit thinner and a little lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a better looking display than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater quantity of pixels per inch of display and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440.
