Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than the Huawei P20, with a general score of 81.7 against 78.1. Both phones we are comparing here use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has older 5.0 version while Huawei P20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a much older, just a little thicker and a little bit heavier phone than Huawei P20.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a sharper display than Huawei P20, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a little faster processing unit than Huawei P20, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit.
Huawei P20 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a back-facing camera with a lot lower 12 megapixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better low light photos and a larger back camera sensor shooting better quality photos.
The Huawei P20 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The Huawei P20 features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P20. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Huawei P20, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
