Comparison review

The Galaxy Note Edge is slightly better than the LG V30, getting a global score of 81.7 against 79.1. Galaxy Note Edge's design is incredibly older, thicker and a little heavier than LG V30. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a more vivid display than LG V30, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a little less pixels per inch of display and a quite lower 2560 x 1440 resolution.

LG V30 has much more memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 32 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy Note Edge has a bit superior CPU than LG V30, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 4 lesser cpu cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a graphics processor.

LG V30 counts with a little better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 10% larger battery size. LG V30 counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, a same resolution camera and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the LG V30 also counts with a much larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and video in poorly lited situations.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs more than LG V30, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG V30. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the LG V30, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
