Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo, with a score of 81.7 against 77.9. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge body is noticeably thinner and just a bit lighter than the Motorola DROID Turbo, even though both were only released with a couple months difference. These phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the newer 5.0 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4.

The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a just a bit greater amount of pixels per inch of display.

Motorola DROID Turbo features a processing unit that's just as good as Galaxy Note Edge's CPU, both have a 500 megahertz GPU, a Quad-Core CPU and 3 GB of RAM. The Motorola DROID Turbo and Samsung Galaxy Note Edge both have really similar cameras, because although the Motorola DROID Turbo has slower video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better low-light photography and videos and a back facing camera with lot more megapixels.

The Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola DROID Turbo, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. Motorola DROID Turbo features better battery duration than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 30 percent bigger battery size.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola DROID Turbo. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Motorola DROID Turbo, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
