Galaxy Note Edge has a global score of 81.7, which is slightly better than the Motorola Edge 50's general score of 81.2. The Galaxy Note Edge construction is just a little bit lighter than Motorola Edge 50, but it is a bit thicker and was released 10 years before. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Note Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Motorola Edge 50 has Android 14.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a very superior hardware performance than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has 4 less processing cores (although faster) and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has just a bit better looking screen than Motorola Edge 50, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display and a little higher resolution of 2560 x 1440.

The Motorola Edge 50 has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 50 also has a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels, a lot larger back camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs and a larger aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos.

Motorola Edge 50 has a much better memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Motorola Edge 50 counts with a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.
