Comparison review

The Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than Xperia XZ1, having a score of 81.7 against 78.3. Even being the best phone we are comparing, Galaxy Note Edge's design is incredibly older, heavier and somewhat thicker than Xperia XZ1. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a better looking display than Xperia XZ1, because it has a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px, a little bigger screen and a little bit better pixels count in each inch in the display.

Sony Xperia XZ1 features a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Galaxy Note Edge has a little bit better processing power than Sony Xperia XZ1, because although it has a lower number of cores and 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor.

The Xperia XZ1 has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xperia XZ1 also has a larger aperture for better photos and video in low-light situations, a more MP back facing camera and a larger sensor shooting higher quality pictures and videos.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ1, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.

Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is also a bargain compared to the other phones, which makes it very easy to pick between these phones.
