Comparison review

Galaxy Note Edge is slightly better than the Xperia XZ3, getting a global score of 81.7 against 79.6. The Galaxy Note Edge is an much older cellphone than Xperia XZ3, but Samsung made it a little lighter and thinner. Both devices in this comparison have Android operating system, but Galaxy Note Edge has the older 5.0 version while Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Galaxy Note Edge has a bit more vivid display than Xperia XZ3, although it has a bit smaller display, a bit less pixels per display inch and a quite lower 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a superior memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB and more internal memory.

The Xperia XZ3's processing unit is just as good as Galaxy Note Edge's CPU, because although the Xperia XZ3 has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and 4 more cores. The Xperia XZ3 features just a bit better camera than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia XZ3 also has a bigger aperture, a bigger sensor and a higher resolution back-facing camera.

Galaxy Note Edge is not only the best phones in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, making buying this phone an easy decision.
