Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s, having an 81.7 score against 76.4. These devices have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has the older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Although it's the best in this review, we must note that it's also much older, somewhat heavier and a little bit thicker.
The Galaxy Note Edge features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has 1 GB less RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a much better screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, a bit greater pixel density and a bit bigger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge takes a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a smaller aperture and a smaller sensor shooting worse quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a much higher 16 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera.
Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge costs more money than Xiaomi Mi 5s, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
