Galaxy Note Fan Edition is just a bit better than Xperia XZ Premium, with a overall score of 80.4 against 79.8. Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a somewhat lighter device than the Xperia XZ Premium, but both are equally thin. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a little faster CPU than Galaxy Note Fan Edition. Both have 8 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM.
The Xperia XZ Premium features a better screen than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 2160 x 3840px and a lot better pixel count per inch in the display. The Xperia XZ Premium counts with a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for taking photographs or videos in low light situations, and they both have the same video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a larger back camera sensor which offers a better photo and video quality and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium's storage capacity for apps and games is very similar to Galaxy Note Fan Edition's one, both have a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB and equal internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition and the Sony Xperia XZ Premium both have really similar batteries performance, although the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also has a 1% larger battery size.
