The Galaxy S4 has a global score of 77.3, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note II's 73.1 score. Both of these phones include the same Android 4.4.2 OS (operating system). Galaxy S4's design is noticeably lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note II, even when both were released only a couple of months apart.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 costs a little more than the Galaxy Note II, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
