IPhone 7 Plus has an overall score of 83.8, which is better than Samsung Galaxy Note II's overall score of 74.8. IPhone 7 Plus's construction is a lot newer and way thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note II's, but it is just a little heavier. The iPhone 7 Plus counts with a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note II, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the iPhone 7 Plus also has a lot greater screen density and a way higher 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution.
Apple iPhone 7 Plus counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Apple iPhone 7 Plus also counts with 1 GB more RAM. IPhone 7 Plus shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Note II, because it has a much higher video resolution and a much higher resolution back camera.
The iPhone 7 Plus features a much greater storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note II, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory. The Galaxy Note II has a bit better battery life than iPhone 7 Plus, because it has a 3100mAh battery capacity against 2900mAh.
Although iPhone 7 Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy Note II. If you want to save some money, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note II, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
