Apple iPhone XS Max has a faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a higher number of cores, more RAM memory and a 64 bits CPU. The Galaxy Note II has a much better storage for games and applications than Apple iPhone XS Max, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy Note II also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB.

Although Apple iPhone XS Max is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note II.
