Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P20 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2, giving a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. The Huawei P20 is a incredibly newer phone, and it's also somewhat thinner and a little lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note II.
