Huawei P20 has an overall score of 78.1, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note II's overall score of 74.8. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P20 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2, giving a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. The Huawei P20 is a incredibly newer phone, and it's also somewhat thinner and a little lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note II.
