Although Motorola Moto Z3 Play is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Note II. If you want to save some money, you can get Galaxy Note II, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your savings.
