The Moto Z4 has a general score of 79.8, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note II's 74.8 general score. The Moto Z4 body is noticeably newer, a bit lighter and way thinner than Galaxy Note II. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Moto Z4 has an older 10 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2.

If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Galaxy Note II, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
