OnePlus 9 Pro has a general score of 76.6, which is slightly better than Galaxy Note II's 74.8 overall score. The OnePlus 9 Pro is a notably newer and a bit thinner cellphone than the Galaxy Note II, although it is also just a little heavier. These devices work with Android operating system, but the OnePlus 9 Pro has the older 11 version and Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2.

The OnePlus 9 Pro has a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Note II, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores and more RAM. The OnePlus 9 Pro counts with a slightly better display than Galaxy Note II, because it has a lot better pixel count per inch in the display, a larger screen and a lot higher resolution of 1440 x 3216 pixels.
