Galaxy Note Edge is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note II, getting a overall score of 81.7 against 74.8. The Galaxy Note Edge is a much newer cellphone, and it's also a little bit lighter and thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note II. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note Edge has a newer 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2.

The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a lot better looking screen than Galaxy Note II, because it has a quite larger display, a much higher pixels density and a much higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. The Galaxy Note Edge has just a little better performance than Galaxy Note II, because although it has a slower graphics processor working at 500 megahertz, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a larger amount of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge captures much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a back camera with a lot higher resolution and a way higher 3840x2160 video quality. Samsung Galaxy Note II counts with a bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a SD card slot that allows 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.

Galaxy Note II counts with a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Note II.
