Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is a bit better than the Galaxy Note II, having a score of 79.3 against 74.8. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ construction is way newer, somewhat lighter and incredibly thinner than Galaxy Note II. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has 5.1 version while Galaxy Note II has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives a lot of extra features.

Samsung Galaxy Note II counts with a little better performance than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has 2 GB less RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and 3 more CPU cores. Galaxy S6 edge+ has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a way better resolution of 2560 x 1440px, a little bigger screen and a way greater number of pixels per inch in the display.

Galaxy S6 edge+ shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a camera in the back with a lot better resolution and a lot better (4K) video quality. The Samsung Galaxy Note II counts with a superior memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note II also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 64 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Note II counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note II, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Note II. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S6 edge+, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy Note II, giving up a couple specs and features.
