The Galaxy Note10 has a general score of 89, which is better than Nokia 9 PureView's 76.4 score. Galaxy Note10 is a a little lighter device than Nokia 9 PureView, but both of them are equally thin. Nokia 9 PureView and Samsung Galaxy Note10 both have incredibly similar CPUs, and although the Nokia 9 PureView has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
Nokia 9 PureView features a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note10, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution and a higher number of pixels per inch of display. Galaxy Note10 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Nokia 9 PureView, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and a same resolution camera in the back, the Galaxy Note10 also has a larger camera sensor, better 60 fps video frame rates and a bigger diafragm aperture.
The Galaxy Note10 features a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than Nokia 9 PureView, because it has more internal memory. Galaxy Note10 has just a bit better battery performance than Nokia 9 PureView, because it has a 5% more battery size.
Galaxy Note10 costs more money than Nokia 9 PureView, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
