The HTC ThunderBolt is just a bit better than the Galaxy Pocket Neo, getting a 55.9 score against 51.6. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC ThunderBolt has older 4.0 version and Galaxy Pocket Neo has Android 4.1. Although it's the best cellphone we compare here, HTC ThunderBolt's construction is a lot older, notably heavier and somewhat thicker than Galaxy Pocket Neo.
