LG Optimus L9 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo, getting a overall score of 56.1 against 51.6. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Optimus L9 has the newer 4.1.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo has Android 4.1 version, providing the user some nice extra features. The LG Optimus L9 construction is thinner but somewhat heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo, and both of them were only released 7 months apart.

LG Optimus L9 features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo, because it has an additional graphics co-processor, a higher number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
