LG Optimus L9 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo, getting a overall score of 56.1 against 51.6. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Optimus L9 has the newer 4.1.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo has Android 4.1 version, providing the user some nice extra features.
