LG Optimus L9 is slightly better than the Galaxy Pocket Plus, with a score of 56.1 against 51.5. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS, but the LG Optimus L9 has the newer 4.1.2 version and Galaxy Pocket Plus has Android 4.0 version, so it gives some nice extra features. The LG Optimus L9 is a much heavier but thinner cellphone than the Galaxy Pocket Plus.
