Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus is a mid-to-low level cellphone, coming with a 2 MP back facing camera, a compact 2.8 inches multi-touch display and a quite powerful processor running at 850 MHz. That's everything we have to say? Not at all, it's only the introduction of a detailed review.

Samsung decided to design this cellphone using a Broadcom BCM21654 system chip, which holds a powerful 850 MHz processing unit and 512 MB RAM. This phone has a 4 GB internal storage memory, a common amount that should be enough for the average user considering it also has an external SD slot .

This phone is a little thick compared to nowadays phones, being as thick as 0.51". Even though this device has 4.13 inches long, it only packs a smaller 2.8" screen. It seems like Samsung forgot about weight optimization in this 3.51 ounces device. Samsung sells this cellphone in two color options, black and white.

This cellphone is only equipped with a 2 megapixels back side camera.

Samsung packed the Pocket Plus with a interesting 2.8 inches screen, and a 320 x 240 (QVGA) resolution, giving this cellphone a decent graphical experience. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This phone has a 1200 mAh poor capacity Li-Ion replaceable battery, which is quite poor for a thirsty cellphone like this. This phone has an estimated 520 hours stand by time and a 14.1 hs talk time according to Samsung.

This cellphone offers Wi-Fi connectivity (although it can't be shared with other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot) and 3G fast internet connection, over HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone has dual sim cards so it can to work with 2 different phone numbers and even different carriers at the same time.

The Pocket Plus also includes some nice features as Bluetooth (3.0), GPS (Global Positioning System) and FM Radio, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This cellphone is very overvalued considering it is sold for $ 120, while other similar cellphones are being sold for much less than that.
