Moto G Stylus is a bit better than the Galaxy Round, getting a 79.7 score against 73.2. Moto G Stylus is a thicker and heavier cellphone than the Galaxy Round. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Moto G Stylus has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy Round has Android 4.3, providing the user lots of additional features and optimized performance.

If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy Round, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
