Samsung Stratosphere has a general score of 56.7, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Rush's 52.3 general score. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS, but Samsung Stratosphere has an older 2.3 version while Galaxy Rush has Android 4.1.2. The Samsung Stratosphere is an older, thicker and much heavier cellphone than Galaxy Rush.
