Samsung Galaxy S III is better than the Galaxy Nexus, with a 70.8 score against 64.3. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S III has the older 4.1.2 version while Galaxy Nexus has Android 4.3 version. Samsung Galaxy S III is a a little lighter and a little bit thinner cellphone than the Galaxy Nexus, even though both were released with only a couple of months difference.

The Samsung Galaxy S III counts with just a little better performance than Galaxy Nexus, and although they both have 2 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S III also has a higher amount of RAM and a much better graphics co-processor running at 400 MHz. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Samsung Galaxy S III both have quite similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy Nexus has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per display inch.
