Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but Moto G200 5G has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version, so it gives you some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
The Galaxy S III AT&T has a bit sharper screen than Moto G200 5G, although it has a just a bit less pixels per screen inch, a much smaller display and a way lower 1280 x 720 resolution. The Moto G200 5G has much more memory for applications and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Moto G200 5G has a superior hardware performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and 6 GB more RAM memory. The Moto G200 5G counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a much larger diafragm aperture, a camera with lot more megapixels and a much better 3840x2160 video quality.
The Moto G200 5G has a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 138% more battery size.
