Galaxy S10 5G is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, having a 93.6 score against 79.5. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that. Galaxy S10 5G is an a lot older and just a little bit heavier device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, but Samsung managed to make it somewhat thinner anyway.
Samsung Galaxy S10 5G features a bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, because it has a little bigger screen, a little higher display pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels. The Galaxy S10 5G features a superior storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G, because it has more internal memory capacity.
