Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is way better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, having a 93.6 score against 76.6. Both devices we are comparing here come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy S10 5G's construction is just a little lighter and thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, despite of the fact that it was released a little bit more than a year before.
The Galaxy S10 5G has a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S10 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S10 5G counts with a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3040px, a greater screen pixel density and a little bit bigger screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking photographs or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a lot bigger sensor which gives a much higher photo and video quality and a way better resolution camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has a way bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with just a bit better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
