Sony Xperia 1 II is just a bit better than Galaxy S10 Lite, having a score of 91 against 89.7. Even when Sony Xperia 1 II and Galaxy S10 Lite were released only a couple months apart, Sony Xperia 1 II is just a bit lighter and a bit thinner. The Xperia 1 II has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixel density and a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
The Xperia 1 II counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy S10 Lite, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB, the Xperia 1 II also has 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Sony Xperia 1 II counts with a processing unit that is very similar to the Galaxy S10 Lite one, both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
The Galaxy S10 Lite counts with a better camera than Xperia 1 II, because although it has a tinier sensor shooting lower quality videos and photos and a smaller aperture which is not so good for shooting photos and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Galaxy S10 Lite also counts with a camera with a way higher 48 MP resolution.
The Galaxy S10 Lite features a bit better battery life than Sony Xperia 1 II, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
