Samsung Galaxy S10 is much better than Samsung Galaxy A40, getting an 88.3 score against 79.6. Samsung Galaxy S10 is a somewhat heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy A40, but they are 0.31inches thick. Both of these devices have the same Android 11 OS. The Galaxy S10 features just a little better performance than Galaxy A40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy S10 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S10 counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3040, a little larger display and more pixels per inch in the display.
