The Samsung Galaxy S10 has a general score of 88.3, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S8's 81.7 general score. Samsung Galaxy S10 is a just a little bit heavier cellphone than Samsung Galaxy S8, but both are 0.31inches thick. Galaxy S10 has a bit better processing unit than Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S10 also has 4 GB more RAM.

Galaxy S8 features a screen that's very similar to the display in Galaxy S10, because although the Galaxy S8 has a bit smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels count in each inch in the display. The Samsung Galaxy S10 has a much better memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy S10 counts with just a bit better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. The Samsung Galaxy S10 takes clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy S8, and although they both have a 0.39 inches back-facing camera sensor, the same 3840x2160 video definition and a same resolution camera in the back, the Samsung Galaxy S10 also has faster video frame rates and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light captures.

Although Samsung Galaxy S10 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S8. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S10, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy S8, letting go a couple features and specs.
