The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a lot better than Motorola Moto G Play, with a 98 score against 71.3. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is an older and a little heavier device than the Motorola Moto G Play, but Samsung managed to make it just a little thinner anyway. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much better screen than Moto G Play, because it has a quite bigger screen, a way higher display pixels density and a much better 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better processor than Motorola Moto G Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Moto G Play, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a very superior camera than Motorola Moto G Play, because it has a much better 7680x4320 video quality, a back camera with a way higher 108 megapixels resolution, a bigger aperture for better captures and videos in low-light environments and a much bigger back camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Motorola Moto G Play have very similar battery performance.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola Moto G Play, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto G Play. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Motorola Moto G Play, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your money.
