Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy S III, getting a overall score of 98 against 74.8. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3. Although the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is notably newer than the Samsung Galaxy S III, it's just a bit thicker and way heavier.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a little more vivid display than Galaxy S III, because it has a way higher screen pixels density, a really bigger display and a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S III. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S III, letting go some features and specifications.
